ToolsForModels Privacy Policy

Updated 15 September 2026.

Data we use

ToolsForModels stores account information, professional profile information, portfolio media, visibility preferences, opportunity preferences and limited product activity needed to operate and improve the service.

Photos and portfolio sharing

Uploaded source images are processed in the browser before upload. ToolsForModels uploads sanitised derivatives rather than the untouched camera file, which removes embedded EXIF/GPS metadata in the normal processing flow. Media remains in private storage. When you enable link-only or public sharing, visitors receive short-lived signed preview URLs rather than permanent public storage URLs. Resetting a secret link prevents new access through the old link. Preview URLs already issued may remain usable briefly, and files already downloaded cannot be revoked.

Acquisition information

If you arrive through a tagged campaign or an external referrer, ToolsForModels may retain limited source information such as UTM parameters and the referring site/path. Query strings from external referrers are not retained so we can understand which acquisition channels are useful.

Portfolio statistics

When a shared portfolio is opened, ToolsForModels records daily aggregate view counts split between public and private-link access. These statistics count requests, not unique people, and do not store visitor IP addresses in the portfolio-statistics table. Separate short-lived hashed technical keys may be used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

For service operation and product evaluation, authorised administrators may also review limited account-level signals already provided to ToolsForModels, such as role, country, profile activity, acquisition source and declared professional interests. ToolsForModels does not use these tools to calculate beauty, attractiveness or appearance scores. Contact information is revealed through the operator tool only when the account has explicitly opted in to relevant professional-opportunity contact.

Professional-opportunity permission

Permission to receive relevant professional opportunities is optional and separate from the operation of your ToolsForModels account. You can change this preference later.

Service providers

ToolsForModels uses infrastructure providers such as Supabase for authentication, database and storage, and Netlify for web hosting.

Reports and moderation

Visitors can report a shared profile for inappropriate content, impersonation, spam or another concern. Reports are used only for service moderation. Administrators can suspend a reported profile from external sharing while it is reviewed.

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your account from account settings. ToolsForModels removes your profile data and known associated portfolio media from active storage before deleting the authentication account.
